At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally. For questions regarding shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please contact us at customerservice@beckers.com.

Standard Shipping (2–5 Business Days): $35
Shipping time is in addition to processing and handling time. All orders are shipped via FedEx and require signature confirmation and insurance.

Please allow 3 business days for processing and handling on most in-stock merchandise.

Additional time may be required for ring sizings, alterations, custom pieces, or special orders.

Please inspect your package upon receipt. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Return Policy
Becker’s is committed to giving customers a Make It Perfect experience. We proudly stand behind every item we sell. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, whether purchased online at Beckers.com or in-store.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Merchandise must be new, unused, undamaged, and unaltered.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase, and if applicable, the appraisal and diamond certificate.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Note: Custom-made, sized, altered, or specially ordered items are not eligible for return.
Refund Process

All returns are inspected by our Customer Service team.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A refund confirmation will be emailed once processing is complete. Timing may vary based on your card issuer.
